Fragrances and smoking
We are a fragrance and smoke-free facility. Because we care about your health and the health of our guests and staff members, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the hospital campus, including parking lots.
To assure a quiet, comfortable and healing environment, cell phone use is strongly discouraged in hospital rooms. Guests and visitors may be asked to step into the family lounge or public areas when using cell phones.
For your convenience, a Wells Fargo ATM is located outside the entrance to the cafeteria.
There are two pharmacies located on our hospital campus. The retail pharmacy, which offers food and sundry items in addition to prescriptions, is located in the building adjacent to the hospital to the east (the 303 building). The hospital pharmacy (to serve inpatients) is located on the first floor in the corridor that connects the hospital to the 303 building to the east.
The cashier’s window is located adjacent to the reception desk in the hospital’s main lobby. It is open weekdays for your convenience in cashing checks or money orders and purchasing stamps. A photo ID is required to cash checks and money orders.
You can expect your meals to be delivered to your room three times daily. Your friends and loved ones can order from an in-room guest menu or are invited to visit the cafeteria located on the first floor of the hospital, just west of the main hospital lobby. An espresso coffee cart is located outside the cafeteria and serves coffee and blended drinks, including smoothies. Vending machines are also located outside the cafeteria for your convenience.
The gift shop, located on the first floor near the elevators, is open 9 a.m.-9 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m.-7 p.m. weekends. Magazines, books, snacks, clothing and many other items are available. For more information, call 952-892-2250.
Relatives and friends of patients may send e-cards to patients in the hospital. Messages come to the Volunteer Services office, are printed and then hand-delivered to patients. Greetings received by noon weekdays will be delivered that same day if a volunteer is available.
The non-denominational chapel is located on the first floor, across the hall from the lab. It is open 24 hours a day for prayer and reflection.
