Volunteer Services
Fairview Red Wing volunteers at the Medical Center are part of our Auxiliary and are dedicated to supporting Fairview Red Wing's mission, contributing funds and raising awareness of health issues in their communities.
Members are men and woman from all walks of life who participate in auxiliary activities, volunteer in the Medical Center, raise funds and lend their support to the Fairview mission.
To become a volunteer:
• Attend two orientation sessions
• Commit to a minimum of six months of service for four hours monthly or the equivalent of 20 hours
• Complete a simple health screening and background check as required by law
• Interview with Volunteer staff
• Receive on-the-job training and education by experienced volunteers
• Submit an application and provide references
