Customized Care for Each PatientAt Fairview Northland’s oncology clinic and infusion therapy center, a case manager works on the patient’s behalf:
- serving as an advocate for patients and families
- helping triage and manage symptoms
- working closely with the patient and all caregivers to ensure each patient gets the right care at the right time and in the right setting
