Patient Relations staff are available to answer questions and resolve concerns about services at our locations. Fairview’s patient relation staff also document and share feedback and compliments about services you may have had at one of our hospitals, medical centers or clinics.

Fairview Northland Medical Center staff work to provide you and your family excellent care and service. We take patient and guest comments and concerns to heart.  Your opinion about our hospital matters to us. We want to know about your stay. We mail questionnaires to a random selection of patients after they leave. If you have questions or concerns about your experience, or ideas that might help us provide better care, please talk to us about them before you leave. You may also contact our patient representative at 763-389-6451 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
