Patients & Guests
Parking is free.
At Fairview Lakes Medical Center, free parking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Parking during construction
An addition to the Fairview Lakes Medical Office building is now under construction. During the construction period, parking to the south of the medical center will be closed.  The medical office building addition will house one-stop shopping for all orthopedic-related services when it opens in the spring of 2013.

After-hours parking
If you arrive after 9 p.m. (or if you arrive earlier but plan to leave after 9 p.m.), please park near the Emergency Department entrance on the north side of the building, and use that entrance. If you are leaving the building after dark, feel free to ask the person working at the emergency room triage desk to call a security officer to walk with you to your car.

Please do not park in areas that are marked as reserved or restricted. Always lock your car.

Handicapped parking
Handicapped parking spaces are plentiful near the entrances on both the north and south sides of the building and near the radiation therapy center entrance.

Valet Parking
A volunteer parking valet greets patients at the main entrance from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on most weekdays. The valet can help you get in and out of your vehicle and will get a wheelchair for you if you need one. The valet also can arrange for someone to transport you in the wheelchair if needed. If you are driving and need assistance, the valet will take your keys from you, park your car and retrieve your car at the end of your visit. This service is free. It is not necessary to tip the valet.

Surgery and Diagnostic Imaging Parking
Surgery and diagnostic imaging patients (X-ray, CT-scan, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine, etc.), should park in the Emergency Department parking lot and use the emergency entrance. Diagnostic imaging and surgery admitting is to your right when you enter.

Radiation Therapy Center Parking
Due to construction now underway on the campus, radiation therapy center and cancer clinic patients should park in the main visitor lot east of the building.  Handicapped parking for radiation therapy center patients is available on the east (front) side of the building near the radiation therapy center main entrance. Patients are encouraged to take advantage of the parking valet service Monday through Friday.

Intensive Care Unit Parking
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is located on the main floor on the east end of the building. Visitors to ICU patients should use the main entrance (to the right of the sculpture) and follow the signs to the ICU. There is no direct access to the ICU from the parking lot.

Clinic Parking
If you're coming to see a doctor in one of the Fairview Clinics at Fairview Lakes Medical Center, park in the main lot on the east side of the building and use the main entrance (to the right of the sculpture). Valet parking is available if you need it.
