Next Generation Circle
Established in 1988, Fairview Foundation Next Generation Circle recognizes
individuals who have made a commitment to Fairview through a planned gift.
Each year, members are recognized in Fairview Foundation's Annual Report
and invited to the annual recognitional dinner in the spring.  

Gifts that qualify one for membership include:  
Bequests
Trusts
Charitable gift annuities
IRA or pension beneficiary designation
Life insurance beneficiary designation

Fairview Foundation does not ask members to share the amount included in their
estates. Should you wish to do so, it is appreciated. We simply ask that you let us
know. A planned gift confirmation form is available.

As a member of the Next Generation Circle, you are entitled to the following benefits:
An invitation for you and a guest to the annual recognition dinner held each spring.
Invitation to special meetings with Fairview leaders and doctors.
Special notices on major advances and happenings within the system.
Listing in our annual report. (We respect all requests for anonymity.)
