As a specialty clinic dedicated exclusively to the care of muscle and joint (musculoskeletal) problems, our specialists are trained to get you back to activities and sports as quickly and as safely as possible.

Orthopedic Specialists Who Know Muscles, Bones and Joints
Fairview Sports and Orthopedic Care brings orthopedic and sports medicine specialists together to blend the best in non-surgical and surgical treatments for muscle , bone and joint problems. Orthopedic sports medicine doctors, orthopedic surgeons, podiatrists, physical therapists, chiropractors and athletic trainers see patients at our clinic.

Our orthopedic sports medicine physicians have advanced training in caring for active people and have completed a sports medicine fellowship and a certificate of added qualification (CAQ) in sports medicine. Most serve as team physicians for local athletic teams.

Other Services at Our Clinic

  • preparticipation physicals: athletic trainers provide preparticipation physicals before fall and winter sports seasons for local high schools and colleges. Our doctors are also available for physical exams or for special concerns and further evaluation. For more information, see Health Information for You/Events.
  • educational workshops: athletic trainers and doctors offer educational workshops on such topics as handling emergencies, injury evaluation and treatment, first aid, fitness, and taping techniques. Workshops are presented in lecture and hands-on training formats.

Insurance and Cash Payments
Fairview Sports and Orthopedic Care is a provider for most health plans, Medicare and Medicaid. Check with your health plan or your employer about coverage.

Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are a way for consumers to pay for medical services. We accept cash payments for services at the clinic, including athletic training and chiropractic care. Cash payments at the time of service may be eligible for a discount. Check with your health plan about a health savings acount for services or orthopedic products.
