Triathlon 101 series - Improve your swim, bike & running skills with the experts at Fairview Sports & Orthopedic Care, Wyoming, Minn. and Midwest Sports Events
Join us every Monday in March from 7-8:30 p.m. at Fairview Lakes Medical Center, Wyoming, Minn., for free classes for first time triathletes. 

Three evening sessions - March 2, 9, & 16, 7-8:30 p.m. to prepare for the Chisago Lakes Triathlon on Sunday, July 26.

Triathlon 101 participants receive $7 discount on Sprint and $15 on Half Ironman registration.

New this year
Kids Tri Training Night for ages 12 and under to get ready for the Chisago Lakes Kids Triathlon on Saturday, July 25.  Prizes and refreshments.  A parent or guardian must accompany every three children.
Call 612-672-7272 to register your kids for Triathlon 101 on March 23.  Kids attending Tri Training Night receive $5 discount on triathlon registration.

  • preparticipation physicals: athletic trainers provide preparticipation physicals before fall and winter sports seasons for local high schools and colleges. Our doctors are also available for physical exams or for special concerns and further evaluation.
  • educational workshops: athletic trainers and doctors offer educational workshops on such topics as handling emergencies, injury evaluation and treatment, first aid, fitness, and taping techniques. Workshops are presented in lecture and hands-on training formats.
