Sports Physical Events 2009
The following Fairview Sports and Orthopedic Care clinics and Fairview primary care clinics will offer Minnesota State High School league-qualified sports physicals during  special physical events to be held this summer to clear student athletes to play school sports.

A comprehensive medical team of physicians, physical therapists and/or athletic trainers will perform the sports physicals for $25. Cash or credit cards accepted.  Proceeds of the physicals will be given to the athlete's school.  The sports physical does not include immunizations in the Central, Minnesota Valley or North Metro events. Immunizations are are available for an additional fee at Northeast/Lakes area sports physical events.

Appointment required. Please call Fairview On Call at 612-672-7272 to schedule an appointment at sports physical events in the Central, Minnesota Valley and North Metro. For sports physicals at the Northeast/Lakes clinics please call the clinic number provided in the Northeast/Lakes Region link highlighted in blue below.
