Assessments are designed to help pastors and their spouses gain greater clarity about issues that contribute to problems in ministry and add tension to personal, marriage and family life. The ultimate goal is to develop strategies for resolving these issues. Using two full days, assessments offer adequate time to discuss important issues and concerns with people who will understand, comple and review psychometric instruments, and develop strategies for moving forward. Follow-up assessments, offered six to twelve months after the initial assessments, provide an opportunity to review progress toward established goals and develop new goals and strategies if needed.
