Convenient On-Site Services

Fairview Maple Grove Walk-in Clinic
When your pain or illness can't wait, Fairview Maple Grove Medical Center offers a walk-in clinic during evenings and Saturdays. There's no need to call ahead - just walk in to receive care when you need it.

After-Hours and Emergency Care
The clinic telephone is answered 24 hours a day, every day. A message will be relayed to our on-call doctor or nurse, who will return the call and answer your questions. You may be directed to the nearest after-hours facility, as listed below.

In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.
Fairview hospital emergency departments are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

If You Need to Be Hospitalized
Our physicians see their patients at the University of Minnesota Medical Center and University of Minnesota Children's Hospital.

If You Have Questions About Your Care
We invite you to call our clinic at (763) 898-1000 during regular clinic hours when you have questions about your health or medical care. A nurse will answer your questions or consult with your physician and return your call.

Fairview Pharmacy Services
Fairview pharmacists work closely with your physician to help you understand everything you need to know about medications. Call 763-898-1800 for pharmacy locations, store hours and mail-order services. Fairview Pharmacy - Maple Grove is open from 8 am to 8 pm (Mon-Fri) and 8 am to 5 pm (Saturday).

When You Need to See a Specialist
We have several specialists right in our clinic, however if you should require a referral for specialty care outside our clinic, your primary physician will work with your specialist and monitor your care.
