As part of Fairview Health Services, Fairview Farmington Clinic will coordinate a complete spectrum of services as you need them, including interpreters and auxiliary aides. Office visits, lab tests and X-rays are scheduled by appointment. Clinic services include:

After-Hours and Emergency Care

The clinic telephone is answered 24 hours a day, every day. A message will be relayed to our on-call doctor or nurse, who will return the call and answer your questions. You may be directed to the nearest after-hours facility, as listed below. Fairview Urgent Care When your pain or illness can't wait, Fairview Urgent Care is available. Physicians see adults and children who have a variety of problems, including sore throats, rashes, earaches, upper respiratory infections, cuts, sprains, minor injuries and more. List of urgent care centers In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. Fairview Hospital emergency departments are open 24-hours a day, 365-days a year.

Our physicians see their patients at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville.

If You Have Questions About Your Care

We invite you to call our clinic at 651-463-5100 during regular clinic hours when you have questions about your health or medical care. A nurse will answer your questions or consult with your physician and return your call.

When You Need to See a Specialist

If you should require a referral for specialty care outside our clinic, your primary physician will work with your specialist and monitor your care.
