Fairview is growing with Maple Grove and is committed to providing health care services that are accessible, easy to use, affordable, responsive and comprehensive.  Fairview Bass Lake Clinic is the first of three new clinics to open in the Northwest metro. 

Our new clinic is a Leadership in Energy and Envrionmental Design (LEED)  "green"  certified building.  Special construction techniques and materials have been used to create an environmentally healthy building for our patients and staff.  Fairview Bass Lake Clinic was awarded  the LEED certification for its sustainable site, water saving design, energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality.  Fairview Bass Lake Clinic is the first LEED certified medical building in the Twin Cities metro area.

We know you want exceptional health care and Fairview is partnering with the world-class doctors of University of Minnesota Physicians to bring specialty services right to your community.  In addition to the complete spectrum of services already available through Fairview Health Services, we have opened a multi-specialty facility off of Fernbrook Rd. in Maple Grove.  Fairview Maple Grove Medical Center offers a full range of multi-specialty physicians, same-day surgery, diagnostics, cancer care, women's health, pediatrics and extended hours primary care.
