After-Hours and Emergency Care
The Fairview Lakes NurseLine is answered promptly 24 hours a day, every day, and can be reached by calling toll free at 1-800-571-7344, or 651-257-8800 or 651-982-7700. A nurse will answer your questions and may direct you to the nearest after-hours facility, as listed below.

Fairview Urgent Care
When your pain or illness can't wait, Fairview Urgent Care is available. Physicians see adults and children who have a variety of problems, including sore throats, rashes, earaches, upper respiratory infections, cuts, sprains, minor injuries and more. Urgent care is available at Fairview Lakes Medical Center, 5200 Fairview Blvd., Wyoming, Minn., from noon-8 p.m. every day of the year.

Fairview Hospital emergency departments are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

If You Need to Be Hospitalized
Our physicians see their patients at Fairview Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming.

If You Have Questions About Your Care
We invite you to call our clinic at (320) 358-4784 (option #2) during regular clinic hours when you have questions about your health or medical care. A nurse will answer your questions or consult with your physician and return your call.

When You Need to See a Specialist
If you should require a referral for specialty care outside our clinic, your primary physician will work with your specialist and monitor your care.
