Convenient On-Site Services
As part of Fairview Health Services, Fairview Northeast Clinic will coordinate a complete spectrum of services as you need them, including interpreters and auxiliary aides. Office visits, lab tests and X-rays are scheduled by appointment. Clinic services include:

After-Hours and Emergency Care
The clinic telephone is answered 24 hours a day, every day. A message will be relayed to our on-call doctor or nurse, who will return the call and answer your questions. You may be directed to the nearest after-hours facility, as listed below.

Fairview Urgent Care
When your pain or illness can't wait, Fairview Urgent Care is available. Physicians see adults and children who have a variety of problems, including sore throats, rashes, earaches, upper respiratory infections, cuts, sprains, minor injuries and more.

In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. Fairview Hospital emergency departments are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

If You Need to Be Hospitalized
Our physicians see their patients at University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview and University of Minnesota Children's Hospital, Fairview.

If You Have Questions About Your Care
We invite you to call our clinic at 612-706-4500 during regular clinic hours when you have questions about your health or medical care. A nurse will answer your questions or consult with your physician and return your call.

Fairview Pharmacy Services
Fairview pharmacists work closely with your physician to help you understand everything you need to know about medications. For prescription refills at Fairview Northeast Pharmacy, call 612-789-7277.

When You Need to See a Specialist
If you should require a referral for specialty care outside our clinic, your primary physician will work with your specialist and monitor your care.

Fairview Northeast Clinic is a participating provider for most local health plans and major insurance companies.
