As part of Fairview Health Services, Fairview Lakeville Clinic will coordinate a complete spectrum of services as you need them, including interpreters and auxiliary aides. Office visits, lab tests and X-rays are scheduled by appointment. Clinic services include:

After-Hours and Emergency Care
The clinic telephone is answered 24 hours a day, every day. A message will be relayed to our on-call doctor or nurse, who will return the call and answer your questions. You may be directed to the nearest after-hours facility, as listed below.

Fairview Urgent Care
When your pain or illness can't wait, Fairview Urgent Care is available. Physicians see adults and children who have a variety of problems, including sore throats, rashes, earaches, upper respiratory infections, cuts, sprains, minor injuries and more.

If You Have Questions About Your Care

When You Need to See a Specialist
If you should require a referral for specialty care outside our clinic, your primary physician will work with your specialist and monitor your care.
