Clinic Hours
Monday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Tuesday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

On the second and last Monday of each month from 5:30 p.m.-8 p.m., Fairview Chisago Lakes Clinic offers a women's health evening clinic, providing women routine health screenings for cancer and cardiac risk factors, as well as education on healthy lifestyles.

After-Hours and Emergency Care
The Fairview Lakes NurseLine is answered promptly 24 hours a day, every day, and can be reached by calling 651-257-8800, or 651-982-7700 or toll free at 1-800-571-7344. A nurse will answer your questions and may direct you to the nearest after-hours facility, as listed below.

Fairview Urgent Care
When your pain or illness can't wait, Fairview Urgent Care is available. Physicians see adults and children who have a variety of problems, including sore throats, rashes, earaches, upper respiratory infections, cuts, sprains, minor injuries and more.  Urgent care is available at Fairview Lakes Medical Center, 5200 Fairview Blvd., Wyoming, Minn., from noon-8 p.m. every day of the year.

Fairview Hospital emergency departments are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

If You Have Questions About Your Care

Fairview Pharmacy Services
Fairview pharmacists work closely with your physician to help you understand everything you need to know about medications. An on-site retail pharmacy is conveniently located in the Fairview Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming, Minn., or call 612-672-7274 for other Fairview pharmacy locations, store hours and mail-order services.

When You Need to See a Specialist
If you should require a referral for specialty care outside our clinic, your primary physician will work with your specialist and monitor your care.
