Convenient On-Site Services
Our clinic provides complete family care for all ages. With lab and x-ray services on site, we are able to handle most of today's family needs. 

Our philosophy is that a close professional relationship with one provider is the heart of ideal medical care. We strive to keep our patients with their provider of choice for all visits, and encourage patients to consult us first with any medical issue, as 90% of problems that arise are within the scope of our practice. For those problems requiring referral, we have close working relationships with excellent specialists in the area. In order to accomodate our patients' needs, appointments can be generally made at short notice.

After-Hours and Emergency Care
The clinic telephone is answered 24 hours a day, every day. A message will be relayed to our on-call doctor or nurse, who will return the call and answer your questions. You may be directed to the nearest after-hours facility, as listed below.

Fairview Urgent Care
When your pain or illness can't wait, Fairview Urgent Care is available. Physicians see adults and children who have a variety of problems, including sore throats, rashes, earaches, upper respiratory infections, cuts, sprains, minor injuries and more. If You Need to Be Hospitalized
Our physicians refer patients to Fairview Southdale Hospital.

If You Have Questions About Your Care
Please call our clinic at (952) 826-6500 during regular clinic hours when you have questions about your health or medical care. A nurse will answer your questions or consult with your physician and return your call.

Fairview Pharmacy Services
At our on-ste pharmacy, Fairview pharmacists work closely with your physician to help you understand everything you need to know about medications. Call 612-672-7274 for pharmacy locations, store hours and mail-order services.

When You Need to See a Specialist
If you should require a referral for specialty care outside our clinic, Fairview EdenCenter Clinic's referral coordinator will help you find the care you need.

Patient Rights and Responsibilities
Complete, confidential medical information is one of the many patient rights detailed in our booklet "Your Rights and Responsibilities: A Patient Guide." Copies are available upon request. Fairview EdenCenter Clinic strictly adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
