iPad™ Contest Rules
No purchase necessary. Must be a Minnesota resident 18 years of age or older to enter. Employees of Fairview Health Services and its affiliates are not eligible to enter. Entries will be accepted between September 24, 2012 and November 16, 2012. One winner will be selected in a random drawing that will take place on November 19, 2012. One new 32GB iPad with Wi-Fi will be given away (retail value $599), and health care apps will be provided up to $50 in value. Winner agrees to comply with official contest rules. Winner shall be responsible for any tax arising out of or from receiving the prize in accordance with federal, state, and local laws where he/she resides. If required by law, Fairview will issue the appropriate tax form reporting the value of the prize won. iPad is a registered trademark of Apple, Inc.
