Fairview Clinics – North Branch has a new location!
Our new building is at 5366 386th Street.

Thanks to everyone who attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new clinic on April 29, including Kathy Lindo, executive director of the North Branch Chamber of Commerce; Nancy Hoffman, Chisago County Economic Development director; Tony Peterson, manager of County Market; Steven Endrud, vice president of operations for Fairview Clinics; Craig Ward, clinic administrator; Fairview Regional Medical Director Dr. Steve Thompson; Kris Clementson, the patient care supervisor; Mayor Ron Lindquist; City Council member Joyce Borchardt; Kelly Summers; council member Trent Jensen; Scott Ulbricht, Brent Schicke, city GIS specialist Nate Sondrol and city administrator Bridgette Konrad. And congratulations to all the hard-working staff who made this a smooth and successful transition.

This new 18,000 square-foot clinic west of Interstate 35, at the intersection of Falcon Avenue/County 68 and Highway 95 more than doubles the size of North Branch clinic. In addition to expanded patient care space, the new facility includes expanded services and a drive through pharmacy.

Patient care services provided at this new location include Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB-GYN, Podiatry, mammography and Diabetic Education and Nutrition services. Additional services will include a Fairview Pharmacy, Fairview Lakes Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy, and eyecare services provided by Total Eye Care.

“We're excited to expand our commitment to the North Branch community and the region,” states Steven Endrud, Vice President of Operations for Fairview Clinics. “This state-of-the-art clinic gives patients access to new services and specialists at a single location. Our Fairview Pharmacy is open to the public and its drive through will be very convenient.”

Paula Rehder, MD, who has been practicing at the North Branch clinic for 16 years, is excited about the move. “The additional exam rooms and services allow us to provide more streamlined care in a beautiful space provided by the same team you have always trusted, along with new smiling faces. Plus, the new location is less than 15 minutes away from Fairview Lakes Medical Center, where our team admits patients and delivers babies.” Fairview Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming provides additional specialty care to the community as well as Birthplace and emergency/trauma care.

In addition to Fairview Clinics and United Properties, the project team includes architect BDH & Young, civil engineer EVS and general contractor RJM Construction. Fairview and developer United Properties began construction September 4, 2012.
