Pastoral leadership coaching: Clergy Coaches
Fairview Health Services and Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota have partnered to develop Clergy Coaches, a resource that provides one-on-one leadership coaching to pastors who wish to further develop their leadership skills and abilities with the goal of providing the best possible leadership.

Seasoned clergy who have personally worked with a coach and completed an education/training program in coaching serve as coaches. These coaches represent a variety of backgrounds and experience. John Martinson serves as director of Clergy Coaches.

For more about Clergy Coaches, including short biographies of the coaches, visit Clergy Coaches. With any questions, contact John Martinson, director of Ministerial Health and Leadership Resources, 612-706-4558.
